I installed Facebook Chat last week but it won't work. I emailed twice before about it but I haven't heard back. So I am trying to get help this way. After installing Facebook Chat the website only shows a tab but no chat window. A copy of the setup is attached. You can see the result at www.thegregoryfirm.com.
