Joomla Free extensions

I have Joomla 3.9 installed and JO Facebook Gallery stopped working. Now when I try to connect my account to facebook it tells me:
"The app was not configured: This app is still in development and you do not have the necessary permissions to access it. Change your account to that of a registered test user or ask the administrator for access to the app."

I have enjoyed this great app for a while and now I can't show it. Please can you help me to reinstall the application or review it?
