For a few days now, the module opens in the backend with this message;
(#4) Application request limit reached

This used to be simple and having to wait an hour or so and it is gone. But currently it stays.

The plugin is not on it's limit:
11% of limit used / 89% Remaining
User Rate Limit 0 Users throttled

It really isn't the usage.

So what is going on?
