Is there a procedure for adding events on Facebook that will show in the feed? Our Facebook page has a number of events in our Facebook Events Page that will not load in the feed. What are we doing wrong?

I put things on Facebook Events.
They do not show up on the feed.
The events are not my own. I am posting other people's events on my event page to spread the word. Do the events have to be my own?

Ok, I went to the events and selected 'Interested'. They now have an Interested 'star' visible. Still not populating on the website.
