Joomla Free extensions

I've added a FB timeline to a page and it's showing twice. I've checked the usual places and don't see where the problem is, I'm not sure how to fix this. Refer to attached screenshot. You can also check this page:

I'm not comfortable granting admin access at this point. I have tested by bypassing my template and using Prostar and publishing the module to a blank page and still get the same results. You can check it out here:

golisten.live/fb-events

If you look at the page source you can see that the section is being duplicated (refer to attached screenshot).

So, I have a blank article with the module published to it, currently using a hidden menu item so that nobody sees this test page. Not sure where there is a setting to duplicate the Facebook listing?
