Here you get a nice overview of your FB Access Tokens:

1) Add the correct App ID, and Secret code of your FP App.
2) Get an Access Token at
developers.facebook.com/tools/access_token
3) Copy the generated User Token
4) Paste your copied Token in your JO module Access Token field (leave ID empty).
When getting the error message:
100 Invalid appsecret_proof provided in the API argument
After saving, if you are familiar with phpMyAdmin, you can find the module and remove the Token code there between the "", to keep your settings in the module.

Make sure you have selected to right pages for access.
