Hello,

I have setup as per the instructions and then I press the "connect to Facebook" button and the authorization dialog is supposed to appear. And the page simply redirects back and nothing happens.

Note that I am assigned a developer role in the Facebook application. The facebook app has someone else as the admin. Originally the page was created by them.
